Job Summary
This role involves the independent execution of maintenance and repair work on electrical systems. As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection and final approval of tasks, ensuring high quality and safety standards. You will serve as a technical point of contact for colleagues within your department and oversee the activities of external service providers. Beyond core electrical tasks, the role includes maintaining documentation and performing diverse duties such as container preparation and general upkeep. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a variety of tasks and is comfortable working in a 3-shift system, including nights and weekends. The role offers stability through a permanent contract and the opportunity to take on responsibility within a collaborative team environment in Dornbirn.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an Electrical Technician or a similar qualified technical education.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Experience in independent maintenance and repair work
- Experience in leading or supporting colleagues in a technical capacity
- Experience in supervising external third-party companies
