This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys high mobility, as it requires a travel commitment of 80-90%. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education with a focus on Electrical Engineering (HTL, Technical School, Master Craftsman/Werkmeister, or equivalent).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction
  • Experience in leading employees and managing subcontractors
  • Practical experience in monitoring project timelines, costs, and quality standards
  • Experience in technical documentation and 'As Built' reporting
  • Prior experience with medium-voltage switchgear is considered an advantage
