As an IT Technical Support Engineer in the After Sales department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation of complex automated systems for international clients. Your daily responsibilities involve performing deep-dive technical analyses using log files, database entries, and monitoring tools to diagnose malfunctions. You will be tasked with resolving issues via remote maintenance and collaborating closely with internal specialist departments to restore full system functionality. Required Skills

Experience

  • Experience in customer communication within an international environment
