Job Summary
This full-time role involves the comprehensive care and maintenance of residential and commercial properties located in Soltau and Celle. As a Facility Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants and customers, ensuring that buildings and outdoor areas remain in top condition. Your daily responsibilities will include performing technical inspections, executing minor repairs, maintaining outdoor spaces, and conducting cleaning tasks. You will also play a critical role in winter services and emergency on-call rotations. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong manual dexterity who enjoys working independently across multiple locations.
