Job Summary

As the Head of Automation in Düren, you will lead and develop the automation department both technically and disciplinarily. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring automation projects while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost efficiency across all phases. You will be instrumental in developing software standards for PLC and robotic systems, working closely with mechanical and electrical design teams to create holistic automation concepts. The role involves supporting commissioning at both the factory and customer sites, creating quotes for additional services, and evaluating retrofit measures.
