Job Summary

This role is for a passionate Process Engineer or Electronics Engineer eager to optimize production processes within a high-tech environment. You will be instrumental in guiding and documenting the initial production of standard and customized electronic products, ensuring a smooth transition to series production while maintaining quality, time, and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include creating work plans, setup sheets, and assembly/test instructions, as well as defining and implementing assembly processes based on Lean and Industry 4.0 principles. You will also manage master data in PDM/PLM and ERP systems, process change requests, and conduct cost analyses. This position offers the chance to apply your expertise in modern industrialization concepts and contribute to innovative product and production modular systems.
