Job Summary

As a Facility Manager in Nuremberg, you will be responsible for the comprehensive technical support of residential and commercial properties. Your daily tasks involve operating building technology systems, conducting regular safety inspections, and performing minor repairs. You will work closely with service technicians to troubleshoot malfunctions and oversee the performance of external contractors. A key part of the role includes documentation and reporting within IT systems to ensure technical records are up to date. This position is ideal for proactive individuals with a strong service orientation who enjoy technical problem-solving. The role offers a permanent contract, a company car, and a structured onboarding process. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Building Services Technician (Energy and Building Technology), Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Facility Manager, Caretaker, or Building Technician
  • Experience in operating and maintaining technical building systems
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers
  • Experience in technical reporting and documentation

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Must have a valid, permanent work and residence permit for Germany. Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (06:30-15:00 and 14:00-21:00).
