Job Summary
As an International Technical Service Technician at TK Elevator's repair center in Neuhausen, you will serve as the primary contact for the German field organization regarding repairs. Your daily responsibilities involve the repair of electronic devices, assemblies, and components, including power electronics, circuit boards, diagnostic equipment, and door drives. Beyond standard repairs, you will play a key role in optimizing existing tools, such as emergency call stations, and developing test benches for quality assurance. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work and engineering-adjacent tasks, as you will collaborate with colleagues across European repair bases to enhance service quality. The role is particularly attractive due to its integration into the Metall- und Elektro-Tarifvertrag (Metal and Electrical collective agreement), offering a 35-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and comprehensive benefits including a company car with private use options.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
