Job Summary
As a Global SAP IT Inhouse Consultant for Finance & Controlling, you will serve as the primary interface between global business units and IT within the Corporate Process & Information Management function. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve taking end-to-end ownership of the global SAP FI/CO template, ensuring its stability and driving continuous improvement. You will analyze business requirements, design fit-for-purpose solutions, and manage Finance IT projects in collaboration with international stakeholders and external providers. A major focus of this role is contributing to the company's S/4HANA transformation journey and ensuring global process governance across areas like FI-GL, FI-AP, and FI-AR. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Profound professional experience in SAP FI/CO, ideally with a consulting or key user background
- Experience working in international, global template and rollout environments
- Demonstrated experience in at least two functional Finance areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Profit Center Accounting
- Professional experience in managing Finance IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
