Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of security systems, including the independent installation, programming, and commissioning of intrusion detection, fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems. Your daily routine involves maintaining technical documentation, conducting measurements and tests according to DIN VDE and EN standards, and performing troubleshooting on existing systems. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing on-site training and support while participating in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
