Job Summary
As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your daily responsibilities include planning site setups, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high quality and safety standards from inception to final handover. You will act as a key technical advisor for service partners and manage risk assessments and accident prevention protocols on-site. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering; ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in construction site management, preferably within the plant engineering sector
- Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality standards on-site
- Proven track responsibility for accident prevention and safety regulations
Languages
Additional
- High willingness to travel (4-5 working days per week within the DACH region); Authorization for medium-voltage switching (preferred); Valid driver's license required for company car usage.
