As a Site Manager for Electrical Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems across the DACH region. Your daily responsibilities include planning and managing construction sites from setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards (HSE). You will act as the primary point of contact for all project participants and facilitate the final acceptance and handover of systems. This role is ideal for technical professionals with a background in electrical engineering and medium-voltage systems who enjoy field-based work. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician certification, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Solid experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for switching operations
  • Experience in creating risk assessments and project-specific safety documentation
