As a Therapy Planning and Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily organization and distribution of patient therapy schedules within a dynamic healthcare facility. Your primary focus will be the IT-supported planning of medical treatments while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. You will manage master data and track therapist attendance using specialized software. This role requires a high degree of empathy for patient needs combined with the organizational precision necessary to manage complex scheduling logistics. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the healthcare sector or a comparable commercial/business qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in healthcare administration or a comparable commercial field
- Experience in creating and distributing complex schedules or therapy plans
- Proven experience working with IT-supported planning tools and master data maintenance
- Experience with medical software (CGM-GTP experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under stress and in high-pressure environments
