Job Summary

As a Sales-Focused Business Consultant, you will take a data-driven approach to optimizing conversion rates across the entire customer journey for both new and existing customers. Your daily responsibilities include designing and executing A/B tests using tools like Kameleoon, analyzing user behavior, and identifying optimization potentials in areas such as tariff selection and checkout processes. You will be responsible for building a structured testing backlog, deriving actionable insights from performance data, and collaborating closely with UX/UI, Marketing, and Product Management teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to proactively establish and evolve a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy within the company. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of digital sales processes and customer psychology to drive business growth and improve the overall user experience.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in conversion optimization, web analysis, or performance marketing
  • Professional experience in a B2C environment is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing and analyzing A/B tests
