Job Summary

As a Lead Validation Engineer, you will take on the technical leadership and coordination of testing teams within the electrical and electronics sector. Your daily responsibilities include the independent development of testing and validation concepts for electrical and mechatronic components, as well as the creation of test plans that adhere to industry standards and customer requirements. You will oversee experiments conducted in laboratories, on test benches, and within vehicles, utilizing both simulation and real-world conditions. A significant portion of the role involves analyzing and interpreting test results, conducting error analyses, and collaborating on corrective measures. You will serve as a key communicator between internal project teams, international stakeholders, suppliers, and external laboratories.
