Job Summary

As a Technical Development Manager at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will serve as the critical bridge between sales and technical production. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the sales team with technical expertise, evaluating the feasibility of formulation proposals, and assessing raw materials based on physical-technological parameters. You will actively participate in customer meetings, both online and on-site, to communicate test results and develop technical solutions. A significant portion of the role involves coordinating and approving machine tests and initial production runs for products such as capsules and tablets.
