Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests for a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. Your daily tasks will involve qualifying and documenting incidents, routing them to the correct departments, and providing initial solutions using knowledge bases. You will also assist on-site technical service colleagues when appropriate.
