Job Summary

As a Quality Control Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing critical quality assurance systems, including the management of Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, deviations, and change control processes. Your daily activities will involve coordinating root cause analysis, reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring all validation and qualification documentation meets strict regulatory standards. You will act as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and internal audits, while also managing the timely testing and release of raw materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a high-stakes GMP environment, representing the QC department in cross-functional project teams and conducting essential GMP training. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the testing of active ingredients and/or medicinal products
  • Practical experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience handling quality assurance systems including deviations and change control
  • Experience in creating chemical-pharmaceutical documentation
  • Proven track record in root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures
