As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and serving as a critical communication link between end-users and technical support teams. Your daily tasks include classifying and dispatching incoming tickets, handling change requests, and resolving incidents. You will manage the installation and maintenance of workstations, including client PCs, phones, and printers, while also overseeing local servers and Active Directory management. Required Skills

Education

Experience
