Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user inquiries from the company's headquarters and various branch locations. Your daily responsibilities include recording, analyzing, and classifying incoming incident reports within a ticketing system, as well as managing Microsoft Active Directory. Furthermore, you will be responsible for installing software products on end-user devices and performing client-side troubleshooting. Required Skills
