As a Sensor Technology Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of innovative sensor concepts designed to monitor critical plant parameters such as pressure, temperature, voltage, and current within switchgear systems. Your daily activities will involve designing and integrating sensors and interfaces for Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), as well as creating control concepts for motors in switchgear environments. A significant portion of the role focuses on digital information utilization for controlling gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and implementing rigorous test concepts to validate functional limits.
