Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing advanced Polycold refrigeration systems used in high-precision vacuum technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve traveling to customer sites across Europe to perform maintenance, diagnose complex technical faults, and execute installations and commissioning of equipment. You will serve as a technical consultant to clients, ensuring all work is documented and complies with strict safety and quality standards. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys high autonomy and technical problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, ideally specializing in Refrigeration Technology, Air Conditioning Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical customer service or field service
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of technical systems and equipment
- Experience in error diagnosis and rapid resolution of technical malfunctions
- Professional background in refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems

- 100% willingness to travel (Monday to Friday throughout Europe) is required. Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
