Job Summary

As a Technical Property Manager in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the operational and technical oversight of real estate assets. Your day-to-day activities involve conducting property inspections, assessing building conditions, and managing tenant fit-outs and maintenance projects from initial tendering through to final invoicing. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with operator obligations, managing maintenance schedules, and overseeing technical facility management services. A key focus of this position is the optimization of property management with a specific emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with Technical Asset Management for budget planning and providing support to both property and asset management teams.
