As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will hold total responsibility for the planning and implementation of technical building services (MEP) projects within the industrial sector. Your daily activities will involve managing all HOAI service phases, specifically focusing on electrical systems (ELT) for complex production and logistics buildings. You will lead internal and external specialist planners, manage costs, quality, and deadlines, and oversee the tendering and awarding processes. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Building Services Engineering; alternatively, qualified as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in a relevant field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical planning or MEP project management.
- Proven experience in industrial construction or a general planning environment.
- Extensive experience managing complex projects with responsibility for costs, quality, and schedules.
- Experience in the coordination of multiple trades and specialist planners.
- Profound knowledge of HOAI regulations, specifically in planning and procurement.
