Job Summary
This is a high-level leadership opportunity within a digitally pioneering tax firm, ETL ReiserSchmidt & Kollegen GmbH. As a Tax Consultant and future Partner, you will play a central role in a planned generational succession, eventually taking over management and ownership responsibilities. Your day-to-day will involve providing holistic tax advice, preparing annual financial statements for various legal entities, and supporting startups and corporate restructurings. Beyond technical consulting, you will lead a team of 27 employees, driving personnel development and maintaining the firm's award-winning digital standards. This role is unique because it offers a clear path to equity partnership and managing director status, supported by active mentoring from the founding partners. You will work in a fully paperless, DATEV-certified digital environment, focusing on process optimization and the digital transformation of client services in the e-commerce and digital economy sectors.
Required Skills
Education
Certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater) qualification is required.
Experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Tax Consultant
- Experience in leading and motivating experienced specialist teams
- Proven track record in preparing annual financial statements for various legal forms
- Experience in digital process optimization and transformation within a tax firm context
- Professional experience in client relationship management and business development
