This role involves managing diverse construction projects within the industrial, commercial, and public sectors, ranging from new builds to renovations and extensions. As a key member of an international architecture and engineering firm, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle following HOAI performance phases. Your daily responsibilities include independent planning, tendering, awarding contracts, and construction supervision, while maintaining strict control over costs and schedules. You will collaborate closely with internal teams in architecture, electrical engineering, and building realization to deliver sustainable solutions for energy, water, and air systems. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a similar field; alternatively, advanced training as a Technician in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, tendering, and awarding contracts within building services
- Experience in construction supervision and cost/schedule management according to HOAI phases
- Experience working on industrial, commercial, or public sector construction projects
- Proven ability to work independently and manage project priorities effectively
