Job Summary

As a Key Account Manager for the Baden region, you will serve as a vital link between the insurance company, municipal clients, and distribution partners. Your daily responsibilities involve providing expert consultation to mayors and insurance officers, assessing complex risks, and developing tailored insurance solutions for large-scale municipal entities. You will be responsible for creating persuasive quotes and coverage analyses while also coaching sales partners on new products. Beyond operational tasks, you will strategically develop the municipal client segment, manage key accounts, and organize networking events. This role is highly autonomous, offering a home-office setup and a company car for regional travel. Required Skills

Education

Professional qualification in insurance (e.g., Versicherungsfachmann/-frau) or a comparable degree/experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer service and/or sales within the insurance industry
  • Proven expertise in Property and Casualty (Komposit) insurance lines
  • Experience in managing municipal clients or public sector accounts is highly preferred
  • Experience in coaching or training sales partners and presenting products
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and high-level stakeholder communication
