Job Summary
The BKK firmus, a leading health insurance provider in Germany, is seeking a motivated and talented Head of Central Services to join their team in Bremen. This pivotal role involves taking overall responsibility for the 'Central Services' department, encompassing procurement, facility management, digital mail processing, and central data acquisition. The successful candidate will strategically develop the department, implement new concepts, and ensure departmental goals are met. They will also be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of team leads, optimizing processes, and actively participating in recruitment. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Health/Business Sciences or a comparable field, OR completed commercial training with relevant further education (e.g., Certified Specialist, Business Administrator)

- Professional experience in controlling internal service processes
- Professional experience in public procurement and contract law
