Job Summary
This role involves serving as a professional instructor at the Campus Handwerk in Garbsen, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of vocational training. Your day-to-day activities include preparing and conducting lessons, assessing student performance, and providing guidance to both apprentices and adult learners. You will play a key role in developing and digitizing course materials for master craftsman preparation (Meistervorbereitung) and inter-company vocational training (ÜLU). This position is ideal for an expert in electrical engineering who enjoys sharing knowledge and working with modern digital learning media. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman certificate (Meisterprüfung) in the electrical engineering trade, or a degree as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a completed journeyman's examination with an Instructor Aptitude Certificate (ADA-Schein/Meister Part IV).
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering or as a State-Certified Technician.
- Proven practical experience as a technical instructor in the electrical and information technology trades.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in the learned trade if a Master's degree is not held.
- Experience in creating and optimizing course concepts and training materials.
- Experience working with youth and adult learners in an educational setting.
