Job Summary
As the Managing Director for the Tauberfranken Early Childhood Education Association, you will lead the strategic and operational development of a multi-municipality organization overseeing childcare facilities. Your day-to-day role involves establishing economic, organizational, and personnel structures, managing the recruitment and leadership of staff, and overseeing financial planning and budgeting. You will work closely with the association's chairman and prepare meetings for the assembly. This position is ideal for a leader who wants to make a meaningful impact on children and families while enjoying the autonomy to build a new organizational framework. The role offers a permanent contract under the public service collective agreement (TVöD) with flexible working hours and significant creative freedom in a secure professional environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Social Management with relevant professional experience, or a leadership background in childcare with additional qualifications in Business Administration and Human Resources.
