Job Summary

As the Managing Director for the Tauberfranken Early Childhood Education Association, you will lead the strategic and operational development of a multi-municipality organization overseeing childcare facilities. Your day-to-day role involves establishing economic, organizational, and personnel structures, managing the recruitment and leadership of staff, and overseeing financial planning and budgeting. You will work closely with the association's chairman and prepare meetings for the assembly.
