Job Summary
This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems for a family-owned company with over 20 years of industry experience. You will independently manage projects and handle technical service for clients across the Rhine-Main area, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Baden-Württemberg, and Hesse. Day-to-day tasks include working with Mitel and Starface systems, managing network routing, and participating in on-call rotations after initial training. The ideal candidate possesses a strong service mindset and technical expertise in VoIP and UC applications. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, flat hierarchies, and the provision of a company car with optional private use, all within a supportive and modern working environment that prioritizes professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, Technician, or a comparable qualification in the IT/Telecommunications field.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance and support of Mitel, Starface, or Aastra/DeTeWe telecommunications systems
- Experience in network technology, routing, and standard voice service protocols
- Proven track record in the independent management and execution of technical projects
- Experience in customer-facing service roles with a strong focus on communication and organization
