Job Summary
This role involves managing the daily financial operations for the Schwarzenberg city administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing invoices, monitoring payment flows, and recording bank statements. Key tasks include maintaining general and subsidiary ledgers, performing daily closings, and conducting financial evaluations and analyses. You will also play a role in preparing the municipal budget and managing creditor and debtor master data. This position offers a high degree of responsibility and requires a professional demeanor when interacting with citizens. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) or a comparable commercial vocational qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in municipal budget and cash law
- Professional experience in double-entry bookkeeping (Doppik)
- Experience in comparable administrative or commercial fields is desirable
- Proven competence in legal regulations relevant to accounting
- Experience in independent processing of invoices and account reconciliation

- A clean police clearance certificate (Führungszeugnis) according to § 30 BZRG is required at the time of hiring. The position is located in Schwarzenberg and is offered as a permanent contract.
