As the Operations Lead for Cell Banking & Seed Lab Operations, you will take charge of planning and executing cell culture production projects up to a 20-liter scale within a high-tech CDMO environment. Your daily responsibilities involve leading a team of operators, ensuring seamless cultivation processes under strict GMP conditions, and overseeing the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. You will play a pivotal role in continuous process improvement, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and representing the department during critical client audits and regulatory inspections.
