Job Summary

This role involves the independent coordination and execution of real estate and rental space management for an international client in Erlangen. As a Project Manager, you will lead technical projects across utility, electrical, and automation systems within laboratory, production, and testing environments. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring maintenance and renovation measures, handling technical malfunctions, and organizing all building-related services. You will also be responsible for the procurement of operating resources and the management of subcontractors, ensuring all building adjustments are billed and executed correctly.
