Job Summary
As a Technical Administrator at the DRK Hospital Saarlouis, you will play a vital role in managing the facility's infrastructure and technical operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and developing the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, coordinating maintenance and inspection schedules, and overseeing technical documentation. You will act as a project lead for smaller renovation and construction projects, managing everything from cost tracking to the creation of performance specifications for tenders. This role requires a blend of administrative precision and technical insight, as you will be the primary point of contact for authorities, experts, and external contractors. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training in the fields of construction, building services, technical drafting, or architectural drafting.
Experience
- Professional experience in construction, building services, or technical drafting
- Experience in project management and coordination of external companies
- Experience in project control and basic construction project management
- Practical knowledge of building technology installations is preferred
- Experience in creating performance specifications and managing tender processes
