This role involves the administration, programming, and maintenance of critical communication infrastructure for the Düren district's civil protection services. The successful candidate will manage command and control systems (ELS), digital alerting systems, and IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring digital radio and navigation equipment in emergency vehicles, advising end-users on equipment procurement, and ensuring uniform programming across the district's radio fleet. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in hardware installation and configuration, specifically for radio and navigation equipment
  • Experience in emergency services or civil protection environments is preferred
