Job Summary
This role involves the strategic planning and development of social services within the Ortenaukreis district administration, specifically focusing on disability assistance and integration services. As a Social Planner, you will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, evaluating existing social offerings, and creating comprehensive strategic concepts for the county's social services. Day-to-day activities include consulting with service providers and cooperation partners, as well as active networking to ensure the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's level) in Social Planning, Social Sciences, Social Work, or a comparable field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree/University of Applied Sciences degree with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in social planning or related social service fields
- Experience in the analysis of complex social issues and strategic thinking
- Practical knowledge of integration assistance (Eingliederungshilfe) is highly desirable
- Proven track record in conceptual work and independent project management
- Experience in consulting and collaborative networking with social service providers

- This is a part-time position (50%) located in Offenburg. The salary is based on the TVöD-V (Public Service Wage Agreement) up to pay grade EG 13. The contract is permanent (unbefristet).
