As a System Engineer for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) at Brunel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of autonomous driving. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the entire system development lifecycle, from creating detailed technical specifications and managing requirements to ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO 26262, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949. You will act as a central coordinator, collaborating closely with software, hardware, and testing teams to integrate components and conduct rigorous system validation. This role also encompasses project management duties, including resource planning, budget monitoring, and supplier management. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study. IREB RM or Systems Engineering certifications are considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in vehicle systems and vehicle architecture, specifically in ADAS/AD domains
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements management using professional tools
  • Experience with system architecture design and modeling tools
  • Experience in project management including scheduling, resource management, and budgeting
  • Professional background in coordinating cross-functional teams (Software, Hardware, Test)
