Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer for Hardware Development, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of capacitive sensors used in digitalized automation, covering touch, position, and level sensing technologies. Your daily activities will range from initial prototype design and innovation to evaluation and series production development. You will design, simulate, and optimize hardware architectures in both analog and digital domains, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) through careful layout development and troubleshooting. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close cooperation with software, system engineering, mechanical, and production teams to ensure high-quality designs. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technician training with professional experience, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience in simulation-based hardware design and PCB layout
- Practical experience with measurement technology and EMC standards
- Initial experience or basic knowledge in microcontroller and script-based programming
