Job Summary
In this role, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day financial accounting operations within a dynamic social sector organization. Your daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing bank and cash transactions, and reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies. You will play a key role in supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while coordinating with auditors and authorities. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung), ideally with further certification/qualification in Financial Accounting.
Experience
- Professional experience in independent financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Experience in processing invoices, bank movements, and cash transactions
- Experience in preparing or supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Experience in professional correspondence with auditors and regulatory authorities
