Job Summary

As a Sales & Care Supervisor at Deutsche Telekom, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative training and coaching programs for inbound and outbound operations. Required Skills

Education

University degree or completed vocational training combined with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in leadership, training, and sales environments
  • Multi-year experience as a Sales Coach or in the supervision of coaches
  • Proven experience in developing complex training concepts and qualification modules
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • Professional experience in sales-driven environments with a focus on KPI-driven coaching
