Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive administration and further development of the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams and Exchange Online. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will manage both on-premises and cloud-hybrid Exchange infrastructures, optimize Azure services such as Azure AD and Identity Management, and expand the endpoint management infrastructure using Microsoft Intune. A significant portion of the role focuses on IT security via the Microsoft Defender Suite and the automation of IT Service Management processes based on KIX. Beyond technical maintenance, you will provide ServiceDesk support and user assistance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a university degree in the field of Information Technology.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure management
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange)
- Experience in cloud-hybrid environments and Microsoft Cloud services
- Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and automating IT service processes
