Job Summary

This role involves performing and overseeing line maintenance, troubleshooting, and defect rectification on the Airbus A320 family. As a Certifying Staff member, you will be responsible for the technical release of maintenance tasks and the coordination of junior staff (CAT 0/A) within your assigned workspace. The position requires a high degree of responsibility in documenting work steps, interpreting Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL), and managing layovers. Beyond routine maintenance, you may lead specific projects or perform advanced troubleshooting. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Minimum of 36 months of proven experience as a CAT B2 Certifying Staff
  • Professional experience in line maintenance and troubleshooting for the A320 aircraft family
  • Experience in leading and coordinating maintenance teams and junior personnel
  • Experience in project management or coordination of aircraft layovers
