As the Head of Flight Simulator Operations in Munich, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical reliability and operational stability of Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) within a 24/7 environment. This leadership role involves the disciplinary and functional management of a local team of simulator technicians, overseeing personnel planning, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. You will drive the strategic development of the site by identifying optimization initiatives and leading technical or organizational projects. The position requires close collaboration across the Lufthansa Aviation Training network to maintain high service levels for over 250 airline customers.
