Job Summary

This role involves conducting comprehensive laboratory analysis of raw materials and finished pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, and ointments. As a Laboratory Technician, you will perform a variety of analytical techniques including titration, HPLC, GC, IR, and microbiology. Beyond testing, you will be responsible for in-process controls during production and the sampling process. A significant part of the role includes the qualification, maintenance, and documentation of laboratory equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy technical precision and working within a supportive, medium-sized international company. The role offers a high level of variety, ranging from physical data measurement (pH levels, loss on drying) to complex instrumental analysis, all supported by a dedicated mentor during the onboarding process to ensure your success in the GMP environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Agricultural Technical Assistant (ATA), or Dairy Laboratory Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory analysis and chemical/biological testing techniques
  • Experience in documenting results and maintaining laboratory equipment
  • Experience working within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Prior exposure to GMP standards is beneficial but not required as training is provided
