Job Summary

You will be the central point of contact for technical operations, ensuring that educators and administrative staff have reliable tools. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining client hardware like PCs, iPads, and printers, managing software distribution via Baramundi, and overseeing MDM for iOS devices through Jamf. Beyond hardware, you will manage WAN/LAN/WLAN networks across 12 locations, administer Sophos firewalls, and provide 1st-level support via a ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Specialist for System Integration or in a related technical field
- Proven experience in software distribution and deployment using tools like Baramundi
- Demonstrated experience in 1st-level support using ticketing systems such as Otobo or OTRS
- Practical experience in managing iOS devices via Mobile Device Management (Jamf)
- Experience in the maintenance and expansion of network infrastructures including WAN, LAN, and WLAN
