Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves managing the IT infrastructure for the City of Gehrden. As a key member of the Central Services and Finance department, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, and maintenance of central network components and decentralized hardware systems. Your daily activities will include leading IT projects for new software implementation, performing software maintenance, and providing second-level support. You will work extensively within Microsoft client and server environments, ensuring the stability and security of the municipal data center. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system technology and infrastructure maintenance
- Experience in managing Active Directory environments and Exchange servers
- Proven experience in IT project management, including conceptualization and budget planning
- Experience in network administration including protocols and hardware configuration
- Experience in software maintenance, administration, and technical documentation
