Senior Performance Engineer | Senior Performance Engineer (all genders)

Job Summary
As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will join the Product Integration team to act as the technical bridge between a high-performance caching engine and complex enterprise web architectures. Your day-to-day involves diving deep into customer stacks to identify rendering bottlenecks using Real User Monitoring (RUM) data and implementing custom JavaScript solutions to optimize the critical rendering path. You will be responsible for architecting sophisticated integrations, extending Service Worker capabilities, and developing automated tooling for CI/CD pipelines. This role is unique because your front-line solutions directly influence the core product roadmap through prototyping and feature development. It is an ideal position for a 'web fundamentalist' who enjoys untangling complex systems and proving technical value through data-driven performance metrics. The role offers a remote-first work model within Germany, a personal training budget, and the opportunity to work with market-leading brands like BMW and GANT.
