As an HVAC Specialist Planner, you will take full responsibility for the preparation, planning, and organization of construction projects focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. Your daily activities involve conceptualizing and planning across all HOAI service phases (1-9), creating detailed specifications, and conducting price comparisons. You will be a key driver in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. A significant part of the role involves technical leadership, where you will guide internal staff and the CAD department, reviewing schematics and floor plans.
