As the Team Lead for PLC Development, you will take on both disciplinary and technical leadership of a Siemens-focused development team. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating and controlling automation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and managing deadlines. You will act as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, clarifying technical requirements and managing external service providers. Beyond leadership, this is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in PLC programming using Siemens SIMATIC systems, support commissioning, and handle troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the design, programming, and commissioning of automation systems within an industrial production environment
- Proven experience with Siemens SIMATIC systems and related peripheral equipment
- Initial leadership experience in a similar technical setting is preferred
- Experience in managing external service providers and customer communication
